Simple Read is a Chinese-first TXT reading app. This Privacy Policy explains how Simple Read handles information.
Simple Read allows you to import TXT files for reading. Imported files are used to display reading content inside the app.
Imported book content, reading progress, reading settings, and app preferences may be stored locally on your device.
Simple Read may display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or process certain information such as device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and advertising-related data depending on your device settings and consent choices.

Simple Read may offer in-app purchases, such as removing ads. Purchases are processed by Apple. Simple Read does not receive your full payment details.
Simple Read may use iOS system text-to-speech features to read text aloud. Basic voice reading is handled by system speech features available on your device.
Simple Read does not sell your imported TXT files. Advertising and purchase-related services may process data according to their own policies.
Simple Read is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
You can remove imported books from the app library. You may also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data. For questions, please see our Data Deletion page.
